If your deposit is not reflecting in your wallet, it could be due to one of the following reasons:
Processing Delay
UPI deposits: Usually take up to 15 minutes
IMPS & NEFT: Usually take up to 30 minutes
In rare cases, deposits may take up to 24 hours to process.
Incorrect UPI ID or Bank Details
Deposits made using a non-whitelisted UPI ID or wrong bank account may not be credited automatically.
In such cases, manual verification is required.
Unsupported Payment Method
RTGS is not supported. If you deposited via RTGS, the funds will be automatically refunded within 48 hours.
What Should You Do?
If it’s been more than 24 hours and your deposit still hasn’t reflected:
Contact support at support@india.delta.exchange or raise a support ticket
Share a screenshot of the payment that includes:
UTR/Reference Number
Date & Time
Transaction Amount
