Why is my deposit not showing up in my Delta wallet?

Deposits on Delta Exchange India are generally quick and seamless. However, processing time can vary depending on the payment method used. Here's what you need to know:

Deposit Processing Time Limits:

  • UPI: Usually credited within 15 minutes

  • IMPS: Typically processed within 30 minutes

  • NEFT: May take up to 2 hours

Note: In rare cases, deposits may take up to 24 hours due to bank-related delays or verification checks.

 Important Guidelines to Avoid Deposit Issues:

  1. Use Your Whitelisted UPI ID Only
     Deposits from non-whitelisted UPI IDs will not be credited. Please contact support if you’ve used a different UPI.

  2. RTGS Not Supported
     We do not support RTGS deposits. If you attempt a deposit via RTGS, the funds will be automatically refunded within 48 hours.

  3. Always Double-Check Payment Details
     Use the correct bank and method (IMPS → Equitas Bank, NEFT → Indian Bank). Incorrect usage may result in delays.

What to Do If Your Deposit Is Delayed?

If your deposit isn’t reflected within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team with the following:

  • clear screenshot of the payment

  • Showing UTR/reference number

  • Date & Time

  • Amount

  • Bank/UPI details
