How to Use the Correct Method & Delta Account
Each Delta deposit account supports specific payment methods. Please follow the guidelines below carefully:
IMPS
Supported on: Delta Account 1, 2, 3, and 4
You can use IMPS with any of the available Delta accounts.
NEFT & RTGS
Supported on: Delta Account 2 and Delta Account 4 only
Do not use NEFT or RTGS for Delta Account 1 and Delta Account 3, as this may result in delays or failed transactions.
UPI
You can use any UPI app (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.)
Make sure:
The UPI ID is registered (whitelisted) on your Delta Exchange account
The UPI ID is linked to your registered bank account on the platform
Unsupported Methods
The following methods are not supported and may result in failed or delayed deposits:
Do not use IMPS via UPI apps. Log in to your bank's internet banking or mobile app instead.
Making a UPI deposit from an unregistered (non-whitelisted) bank account
Using the wrong payment method on an incorrect Delta account

To avoid deposit issues, please ensure:
You are using the correct payment method for the selected Delta account
You are not using NEFT/RTGS on Delta Account 1 and Delta Account 3
You are not using IMPS through UPI apps
Your UPI payment is made only from your registered (whitelisted) bank account
