Common Mistakes While Depositing on Delta Exchange India

As of now, Delta Exchange India supports only IMPS and NEFT for depositing INR funds. It’s important to use the correct payment method with the right bank account to ensure smooth and successful transactions.

Currently Supported Methods

  • IMPS → Use Equitas Small Finance Bank

  • NEFT → Use Indian Bank

 Unsupported Methods

  • RTGS is currently not supported.
     If you attempt a deposit using RTGS:

    • The amount will automatically be refunded to your bank.

    • Refunds may be instant or take up to 48 hours, depending on your bank.

  • IMPS via UPI apps (such as PhonePe, GPay, Paytm, etc.) is not supported and will result in a failed transaction.

 Common Mistakes to Avoid

  • Do not use NEFT for Equitas Bank.

  • Do not use IMPS for Indian Bank.

If you have accidentally used the wrong method with the incorrect bank, please contact support immediately.
