What Should I Do If I Submitted Incorrect Information or Documents During KYC?

Modified on Fri, 20 Jun at 4:59 PM

If you've accidentally submitted incorrect details or uploaded the wrong documents during your KYC process, don’t worry — this can be resolved easily.

Here's what you should do:

  1. Wait for Rejection (if not already rejected):
If your KYC hasn’t been reviewed yet, it’s best to wait for it to get rejected automatically due to incorrect details. Once rejected, you will be allowed to re-submit the correct information and documents.

  2. If Already Rejected:
After receiving a rejection notification, you will be given an option on the Delta Exchange India app or website to resubmit your KYC. Make sure to:

    • Double-check that the name on your documents matches your profile.

    • Ensure all images are clear, unedited, and legible.

    • Submit valid PAN and Aadhaar cards only, as other documents are not accepted.

  3. If You Can't See the Resubmission Option:
In case you're unable to re-upload your documents from the app/website, please raise a support ticket or email our customer support team. Mention the issue clearly and attach the correct documents for faster resolution.

Note: Submitting incorrect KYC information repeatedly may result in delays or rejection of your account verification.

For a smooth verification process, always use accurate, up-to-date, and government-issued documents that belong to you. If you need help, our support team is always here to assist you.
