•  IMPS, NEFT, and RTGS: Typically credited within 30 minutes

In rare cases, due to delays from the payment partner, it may take up to 24 hours for the funds to reflect in your Delta Exchange India wallet.

 If your deposit is pending for more than 24 hours, please reach out to our support team and share a screenshot of the transaction that includes:

•  UTR (Transaction Reference Number)

•  Date and Time of the payment

Our team will assist you promptly in resolving the issue.

*If your deposit is delayed due to issues at the banking partner’s end, the funds will not be available for margin until they are successfully credited to your account. During this period, Delta Exchange cannot pause, modify, or safeguard your open positions. Trading activity and liquidation processes will continue based only on the margin currently available in your wallet. To avoid such risks, please ensure you maintain adequate funds in your wallet and use an alternate deposit method if one is taking longer than expected. Any losses incurred due to a delay in deposit credit are not eligible for compensation.
