Step 1: Access the Withdrawal Section

  a) Start by clicking on the wallet section on the page.

  b) Navigate to the "withdraw" section. 

Step 2: Enter the Withdrawal Amount

               a) Enter the amount you wish to withdraw.

               b) Please ensure that you have sufficient balance in your account before proceeding.

*NOTE- Minimum withdrawal amount - Rs 500

              Maximum Withdrawal amount - Rs 5 lakhs 

Step 3: Submit the Withdrawal Request

               a) There is no withdrawal fee for the transaction

               b) After entering the amount, click on the "Submit Withdrawal Request" button.

Step 4: Verify your Request:

               a) You will receive an email with a verification code and a 2FA code (If you have enabled 2FA).

               b) Enter these codes in the respective fields to confirm your withdrawal.

               c) You can also get OTP on your registered phone number.

Step 5: Await Processing:

               a) Once you submit the request, it will be successfully received by our system.

               b) And you will see the processing time, which is minimum 1 hour and maximum is 24         hours in case of manual audits.

Step 6: You can check the withdrawal status on the transactions :

1) Enter in the withdrawal page.

 2) You will be able to check the status of the withdrawal. 

Step 7: Receive funds in your Bank Account:

Once the status changes from "awaiting process" to "completed", the funds will be deposited into your linked bank account.
