What is Scalping?
Scalping involves buying and selling contracts within a short period of time. The goal of scalping is to make a profit from small price movements in the market. In order to make it attractive for traders to scalp we have introduced the Cashback offer. Thus, if you open and close a trade within the stipulated time window (given below) then that trade will be counted as a scalping trade.
 
Terms & Conditions:

<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">This offer will start from 9th March 2023 12:30pm UTC/ 6pm IST and end on 21st April 2023 4:30am UTC/ 10am.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">This offer is valid only on Options trades.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">You must open and close positions between 12:30pm UTC/ 6pm IST to 4:30am UTC/ 10am IST the next day. </li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Only the fees paid in USDT will be eligible for cash back. Fees paid in Delta Cash and DETO will not be eligible for Cashback. </li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Cashback is valid only on trading fees paid to open and close positions. </li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">If a position is partially closed, then only that part is eligible for cashback.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">The Cashback will be in the form of Delta Cash.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Cashback will be distributed daily between 11:50 am UTC/ 5:20 pm IST and 12:30 pm UTC/ 6:00 pm IST</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Maximum Cashback earned by a trader/account will be limited to $100 Delta Cash daily. </li>
<li aria-level="1">This offer is not applicable to Market Makers.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Delta Exchange reserves the right to modify or change the terms of the offer at any time at its sole discretion.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">Delta Exchange can selectively disqualify any trader or a group that is found abusing the offer at its sole discretion.</li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;" aria-level="1">The decision of Delta Exchange will remain final and binding. </li>

We will consider 500 as the size of scalped trades and accordingly calculate sell side fees as $2 (3*500/750). With this, you will be eligible for a trading fee cashback of $5.5 (3.5 + 2).
 
You will be able to view your Delta Cash rewards from the <a href="https://www.delta.exchange/app/account/transaction_logs/asset_history">Transaction Logs page under the Asset History tab</a> with the transaction type ‘Delta Cash Received’.
