Erroneous Trades Resolution: 9th May 2022

A system malfunction around 5pm UTC, 9th May resulted in a few erroneous trades that happened far away from prevailing market prices. In order to resolve these erroneous trades, we had to halt trading and take markets offline. We expect to be able to complete the resolution of the erroneous trades by 3:30am UTC, 10th May. In line with our policy for dealing with erroneous trades, we are taking the following measures:

  • All positions will be restored to as they were on 4:30pm UTC, 9th May
  • All open orders, including untriggered stop or bracket orders will be cancelled

We are targeting to bring the platform live at around 3:30am UTC in auction mode (pre-open). Auction mode will run for 30 mins. Please use this window to manage your positions. During the auction phase, you can add margin to your positions to avoid unwanted liquidations. Please note that all deposits received during the outage and pre-open auction will be processed. You have the option to make a fresh deposit to provide more margin for your positions. We apologize for the poor experience today. As always, should you have any concerns or issues, please raise a support ticket with all the relevant details. We will make it right.
