How is the Trading Fee for Futures Contract Calculated on Delta Exchange?

Trading fees on Delta Exchange are based on the maker-taker model:

  • Maker Fee ( 0.02%): You pay a lower fee (or may even get a rebate) when your order adds liquidity to the order book (e.g., limit orders that don’t get filled instantly).
  • Taker Fee ( 0.05%): You pay a higher fee when your order removes liquidity (e.g., market orders or limit orders that get filled immediately).

The fee is calculated as a percentage of the notional value of the trade, and it may vary depending on the product type (Futures &Options) and your trading volume/tier.
