You can delete or change your existing bank account by visiting the "Bank account page" on the Delta Exchange India website. Please note the following important points:

1. No transactions without a Registered Bank Account: You will not be able to deposit or withdraw any amount if you do not have an existing bank account registered with Delta India.

2. Option to Register a New Bank Account: You can choose to get another bank account verified after deleting the existing one.

Follow these steps to change or delete your bank account:

Step 1: Navigate to the Profile Section of your Account and click on "Bank details".

Step 2: A new page will appear displaying your bank details. Click on "Delete Account".

Step 3: A new pop up will appear asking, "Are you sure you want to delete this account?" Click "yes" to confirm. Your account will be successfully deleted.

Step 4:(Optional) If you wish to register a new bank account , follow the steps as provided on the website after deleting the existing one.

If you encounter the “Feature is disabled” error while attempting to delete your bank account, please raise a support ticket for further assistance.

To process your request, we are required to verify the reason for the bank account deletion in line with our security and compliance guidelines. While submitting the ticket, please clearly mention the reason for deletion and attach any supporting documents, if applicable.

Once the required details are received, our support team will review the request and assist you accordingly.

Note:-

1. A previously deleted bank account can only be added again after 48 hours from the time it was deleted.
2. A newly added bank account cannot be deleted within the first 48 hours. However, users who have never made any deposit are exempted from this restriction.
