At Delta Exchange, we are committed to ensuring secure and efficient processing of user withdrawals. Our goal is to offer a seamless experience when it comes to accessing your funds. However, it’s important for users to understand that not all withdrawals follow the exact same processing path.
Why Do Withdrawals Take Time?
While a large portion of withdrawal requests are processed instantly through automated systems, there are instances where a withdrawal might not pass through the automation flow. In such cases, the request is redirected for manual audit and verification by our internal team. This ensures that every transaction is secure, compliant, and consistent with industry best practices.
To maintain the integrity and security of the platform, manual audits can take up to 24 hours. This is a standard timeline, and users are requested to allow this window before raising concerns regarding delay.
Why Are Manual Audits Necessary?
Manual audits serve as an essential layer of security. Withdrawals that appear unusual, involve large amounts, or trigger certain risk filters are flagged for manual review. This process helps:
- Prevent fraudulent activities
- Ensure regulatory compliance
- Protect user assets and the platform’s ecosystem
If the withdrawal goes under manual audit then it will show in your withdrawal timer as shown in the screenshot below:-
What Should Users Expect?
- If your withdrawal is under manual audit, please wait up to 24 hours for the review to be completed.
- You can monitor your withdrawal status in real-time via the Withdrawals Dashboard.
In case a withdrawal is cancelled due to compliance flags, our support team will reach out with the necessary next steps.
