At Delta Exchange India, user security is our top priority. To protect your funds and account information, we’ve implemented a feature that automatically logs you out after 10 minutes of inactivity. While this adds an extra layer of safety—especially for users on shared or public devices we understand that it can be frustrating for active traders or users who temporarily step away from their screens.
If you’re finding this auto-logout feature inconvenient, there’s good news: you have the option to disable it.
Why the Auto-Logout Happens
This "safe session" feature is designed to prevent unauthorized access in case you forget to log out or step away without closing your browser. It ensures that your session does not remain open for too long without activity, reducing the risk of misuse.
However, for frequent users and active traders, being logged out repeatedly can interrupt your workflow, especially during high-volatility periods.
How to Disable Auto-Logout (Safe Session)
If you're confident about your device's security and prefer to keep your session active longer, you can turn off the safe session feature by following these simple steps:
Step-by-Step Guide:
Step 1: Click on Settings after logging in to your Delta Exchange India account.
Step 2: Navigate to the Security Settings section.
Step 3: Look for the option labeled "Safe Session" and toggle it off.
Once disabled, your session will no longer expire after 10 minutes of inactivity, giving you uninterrupted access unless you manually log out.
