Steps to disable 2fa

You can now easily disable and reset 2FA on both the desktop and mobile web versions. (The mobile app version will be available soon)This option will be available only if you have completed your Kyc with usAttaching the screenshots for your convenience. 


Scenario1: Steps to disable 2FA If you have lost access to your authenticator app.

Here’s how to disable 2FA in just a few steps:

  1. Click on "Lost 2FA Token" on the login page.

image. 2. Enter your email and password, then click on "Verify."

image. 3. Follow the on-screen instructions to verify your identity and disable 2FA. The process takes about 10 seconds.

Scenario 2: If you have access to your account.


1. Visit the Security Page:
Log in to your account and go to the Security section.


2. Click on “Disable 2FA”:
You’ll find the option to disable Two-Factor Authentication. Click on it.

3. Enter the Authenticator Code:
Open your authenticator app (like Google Authenticator or Authy) and enter the current 6-digit code shown for your account.


4. 2FA Disabled:
Once the code is verified, 2FA will be disabled successfully.


To protect your account, withdrawals will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours after 2FA is turned off. This is a security measure to ensure your funds remain safe.


Once completed, you can log in to your account and we recommend setting up 2FA again for enhanced security.
