What's the oppurtunity? 🤔
We are looking for a metric and data driven individual to spearhead our growth and marketing efforts. In this role, you will work directly with the founders to engineer growth features, ideas and campaigns that fuel customer acquisition, activation and retention.
What will I be doing? 🚀
Identify and execute on growth opportunities that lead to high website traffic, user acquisition and eventually trading volumes
Experiment with new approaches that look to achieve growth by creating viral loops and network effects
Develop and lead multi-channel marketing campaigns that span the full customer lifecycle. Channels include web, SEO, email, social media, podcasts and display advertising
Conduct social media analysis, competition research, conversation management and web behaviour analysis
What qualifications do I need? 🎓
Data-driven thinking combined with laser-focus on business impact and growth
Hands-on understanding of the full marketing mix – from digital ad buys to non-traditional media as well as guerrilla tactics
Expertise in traditional marketing, digital marketing, social media marketing, SEO, SEM, content marketing strategies & CRM
Familiar with and be able to plan budget, strategies and optimize paid ads (Google Ads, FB/IG Ads, Youtube Ads, etc)
Any prior experience in driving marketing efforts at a crypto domain company will be a big plus
