Manual KYC Submission Guide

To submit your KYC application manually;
  1. Log-in to your Delta Exchange account.
  2. Go to delta.exchange/support-ticket
  3. Choose Ticket Type --> KYC Verification
  4. Attach the following documents in your support ticket:
    1. ID Proof (Any one of the following documents):

      - Passport.

      - National ID [Example: Aadhaar Card for Indian citizens].

      - Driving License.

    2. Proof of address.

    3. Selfie image of yourself holding a piece of paper with following message:

      - KYC for Delta Exchange. Date: [mention the current date in this format --> dd/mm/yyyy]

Manual KYC Submission Guide for Indians:
Attach the following documents in your support ticket:
  1. Pan Card
  2. Proof of address.
    • Passport.
    • National ID [Example:Aadhaar Card for Indian citizens].
    • Driving License.
  3. Selfie image of yourselfholding a piece of paper with following message:
    • KYC for Delta Exchange. Date: [mention the current date in this format --> dd/mm/yyyy]
Note:
  • You must not reside in these countries: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Pakistan, Puerto Rico, Democratic People's Republic of Korea, Sudan, Syria, United States, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
